It seems as if the last NBA season just ended yesterday. I mean, who could forget? Remember the Spurs’ game six loss in Miami against the Heat with less than 20 seconds left? Remember the Heat dominating game seven to win their second championship in a row? Me too. In my opinion the Spurs should have won the whole thing, obviously because Tim Duncan winning his 5th ring would have been far more entertaining to watch than Lebron James winning his second. But no one remembers the team that finished second anyway.
With 30 teams total, (15 in the Western Conference and 15 in the Eastern Conference), the top 8 teams in each conference make the playoffs. Here are my predictions for which 8 teams will rise to the the top in each conference and have a chance to play for the gold:
Western Conference:
1. Oklahoma City Thunder
2. San Antonio Spurs
3. Los Angeles Clippers
4. Memphis Grizzlies
5. Los Angeles Lakers
6. Golden State Warriors
7. Houston Rockets
8. Denver Nuggets
Eastern Conference:
1. Miami Heat
2. Indiana Pacers
3. Chicago Bulls
4. Brooklyn Nets
5. Philadelphia 76ers
6. New York Knicks
7. Cleveland Cavaliers
8. Toronto Raptors
