On Feb. 26, actor Seth Rogen, of This is the End and soon to be released Neighbors fame, testified at Capital Hill in Washington D.C. to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease. He spoke to only 2 of the 18 senators of the subcommittee, but still delivered a heart filled speech, telling his own personal story of how his family is dealing with the disease. The 2 senators had a good sense of humor as Rogen told some jokes during his speech.
Ironically Ben Affleck also spoke at Capital Hill to speak to Senators about the Congo, and attracted a much bigger crowd.

He and his wife started the Hilarity for Charity event, raising money for research and support for families dealing with Alzheimer’s.
