The annual Susan G. Koman 5k run was Saturday Mar. 5. in support of finding a cure for breast cancer. The race was held at Sea World. Everyone was welcomed to come run or walk the 5k, wether it was in support for yourself, a family member, or a family friend, everyone was welcomed. There were many supporters out and ready for the 5k at 5 a.m. although there were not a lot of people at Sea World that early in the morning there were still a lot of supporters there before the run started.
Calling themselves the 96 minute mile’ers Mix 96.1 walks the 5k in support of finding a cure for breast cancer.
