There are a lot of students trying out the vegan/vegetarian lifestyle as their own New Years resolution. With a rise in population, the green community has animal friendly restaurants all over the city.
Green Vegetarian Cuisine is a vegetarian restaurant, obviously, that serves meatless and sometimes vegan food.
The store’s aura is filled with happiness and health. With open windows and a helpful staff, the restaurant seems like it’s doing quite well for itself.
When you’re done eating, feel welcome to check out the surrounding strip mall. To it’s left there is an italian restaurant (to be reviewed), a kid’s store, H-E-B, and a beautiful fountain fixture. To the right is a spa, salon, emergency medical centre, Baskin Robbins, and a nice looking medical supply store.
They offer a wide variety of sweets. There are gluten free moon pies, cupcakes, and pie, as well as brownies and chocolate chip cookies lightly dusted with confectioners sugar. These treats are all inclusive in the vegan category, by the way.
Comfortable chairs and cushions line the room and warm natural lighting allow the room to breathe and not feel as starchy as other places can be. Neutral colors and Earth tones adorn the walls and intricate designs are all over the large room.
Gluten free to vegan, H-E-B to italian restaurants, Green is a great place to hang out and indulge in the plant-based goodness.
