An early two goal lead from Jarvian Wigfall and Ricardo Vidal gave the boys soccer team confidence and momentum to win against Roosevelt 6-2 Feb. 20. Sophomores Vidal and Wigfall and senior Parker Miller were the team’s scorers on Friday.
Vidal’s breakout included his first goal and hat trick of the season. Also, Wigfall’s two goals were his first of the season.
The first goal of the game came from Vidal, shooting from outside the box on an incredibly accurate shot. Four minutes later, Wigfall would score from nearly the same spot.
