After a reschedule from Friday to Saturday, the boys soccer team defeated Madison 1-0 Feb. 28. Inclement weather resulted in officials moving the game a day later.
“It was a lot harder to move off the ball,” junior Chandler Farnsworth said. “The ball was a lot more slippery, so it affected our touch and the way we played.”

Farnsworth played in only his fifth game of the season after not being able to play for the preseason and first half of district play for eligibility reasons. Scoring his second goal of the season, Farnsworth is now tied for second in team scoring.
“I love this team, they’re like family,” Farnsworth said. “It’s just awesome to be back and play with these guys.”
The boys play Churchill March 3 at BAC-East at 7 p.m.
