Fine Arts presents “ Bye Bye Birdie ” in the Brady Memorial Auditorium for Feb. 3-5. When Rock and Roll Rockstar, Conrad Birdie, gets drafted into the Army, fans are devastated. Albert, his songwriter, schedules a TV appearance before being drafted, and the town is in a frenzy to bid farewell to the teen heartthrob.
This collaboration between all four fine art departments. Follow the tumultuous relationship between Albert Peterson, played by Andrew Lockett (12) and Rosie Alvarez, shared by Jordan Rodriguez (12) and Valeria Tuesta (11), in this American comedy by Michael Stewart.
The tickets are sold online and at the door for $12 dollars.
The show starts at 7:00 doors open 30 minutes earlier.
