In honor of Douglas MacArthur’s birthday on Friday, January 26, the Student Council carried on the tradition of handing out cake during lunch. In exchange for a piece of cake, students color a drawing of a slice of cake to receive one. Each coloring will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win a prize.
“It’s really important just because it gets everyone involved and excited,” Student Council President Maya Martinez said. “I love seeing everybody come in and just come straight here, it does get a little crazy.”
