As the sport that has its first matches two weeks before school even begins, volleyball girls spend most of their summer preparing for the 3 month school season. In 2014 Reagan won the district however, Churchill advanced the farthest in the playoffs making it back to the State semifinals.This year, the toughest district in the city gets even tougher as NEISD hosts 3 of the top 5 teams in the city (Churchill, Reagan, Johnson). Leaving the final playoff spot open for the rest of the district. With that being said, these are my pre season 26-6A district volleyball rankings.
