For lunch on Nov. 13, the cafeteria served chicken nuggets with emoji-shaped fries and ketchup on the side. The meal looked pretty fun, especially because the fries had little faces on them, which made the plate feel a bit more playful than usual.
The chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they tasted just how you’d expect nuggets to taste, simple but comforting. The emoji fries were my favorite part, not just because of how they looked, but also because they had a soft, almost fluffy texture that made them really easy to eat.
The ketchup tied everything together by adding a sweet and tangy flavor that went well with both the nuggets and the fries. Overall, it was a simple lunch, but it was enjoyable and had a fun twist thanks to the shapes of the fries.
